This is for Urgent Responses to those questions that have to be answered ASAP.

The recording will be in MP4 Video Or MP3 Audio depending on the location at the time of recording. In some cases Jayc may not be able to provide a video recording, so an MP3 Audio will be supplied – this does not reduce the quality or impact of the response, it simply enables Jayc to respond ASAP in whatever location he is.

Jayc will attempt to answer these the same day as the order is provided, however due to timezone differences, the response may take between 24 – 48 hours.

Note: For orders over the weekend, on Saturday or Sunday, these will be processed and supplied at Jayc's first availablity on the following Monday.
