It’s easy for someone to say they understand your pain. It’s another to have lived it and to have spent 30 years successfully guiding others through it.
My understanding of resilience and the fight for a better life started young. Growing up, I was the child who came home to an empty house, with a mom working tirelessly and an alcoholic father. Instead of a typical childhood, my evenings were spent in the kitchen with my mom, learning the ropes of accounting and business. Those nights taught me the value of hard work, independence, and the strength it takes to build a life on your own terms.
This foundation led me to start with a career in the supermarket industry, where I managed large teams of strong, capable women. I saw firsthand the challenges they juggled – career, family, personal dreams. That experience ignited my passion for coaching.
I then moved into Television & IT, again seeing the same patterns over and over, until my own life changing decisions moved me into full time coaching and entrepreneurial business creation.
For the last 30 years, my coaching practice has been built around Building the success of women. My primary clients have been business women, divorced women, single women, and married women who wanted more from life. I have sat with hundreds of women facing the darkest of situations: domestic abuse, violence, narcissistic partners, and deep, intimate heartbreak. I have helped them not just survive, but To reclaim their power, build new businesses, find new love, and ultimately, design lives they are truly proud of.
This isn’t just a job for me. It’s a life’s mission rooted in my own journey and proven by decades of results. I know the path because I’ve done more than just walked it myself, I’ve observed what was happening and designed solutions to light the way for countless others.
